Booking & Payment Options
Booking Options:
Please note that all services are subject to availability. We’ll do our best to find suitable alternatives, if something becomes unavailable.
Changes by Us: If your chosen hotel or activity becomes unavailable after confirmation, we’ll offer you the best possible alternative.
Confirmation & Reservations: We’ll confirm your tour and make reservations only after receiving your confirmation.
Cancellation by You: We understand unexpected situations arise. In the event of a cancellation by you, any received funds will be returned, minus any cancellation fees imposed by our partners.
Cancellation by Us: In the rare case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), all received funds will be returned in full.
Payment Options:
We offer several convenient ways to book and pay for your trip.
- Credit Card via PayPal: This is the easiest and most secure option. We’ll send you an invoice with a secure payment link. You can either pay using your PayPal account or directly with your credit card without sharing your information with us.
- Western Union Transfer: This is the fastest option, with your payment reaching us immediately. Contact us for the necessary details.
- Bank Transfer: This is the most cost-effective option. We can provide our bank details for direct transfer.
- Pay on Arrival: you can conveniently pay in person upon arrival in Siem Reap.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your trip, please notify us by email in writing. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and the plans change. We regret that you need to cancel your trip. However, since we incur costs upon booking, cancellation fees will apply based on the notification timeframe.
Cancellation Fees:
- More than 30 days before departure: We will retain your deposit.
- 29 – 15 days before departure: You will be charged 50% of the total tour price.
- 14 – 7 days before departure: You will be charged 75% of the total tour price.
- 6 days or less before departure: You will be charged a 100% of the total tour price.
